I’m a small-boobed stylist – my secret hack transforms me from a B-cup to a D-cup in seconds, now I’ll spill the beans

SIZE isn’t everything, as they say – and this of course applies to your boobs.

Whether you’re petite or curvy, confidence and how you feel about your body is always the most important thing.

GettyWhether you have a big or small chest ultimately doesn’t matter – it’s how you feel about your body that’s the most important thing[/caption]

A lot of us are proud of our small busts, and that’s not to say you don’t want to accentuate or highlight the area every now and again – and there’s nothing wrong with that.

Award-Winning Personal Stylist Chantelle Znideric has B-cup boobs, and helps clients with all figures feel good about themselves with clever clothing tips and tricks.

Chantelle says: “When I work with my clients, there’s nothing I love more than seeing them appreciating themselves, loving who they are on the inside and out, and celebrating their bodies, regardless of their shape, size and proportions.

“Helping them achieve this and feel more confident is the best job in the world.

“Personally, I’ve never had a particularly big bust which doesn’t bother me at all, as I am fairly petite.

“However, I know that for some, they are extremely self-conscious and embarrassed about this area of their body.

“Here are my top six quick, easy, and inexpensive hacks to help you feel chic and confident this summer, whatever your bra size….”

Attention to detail

Wear tops that add volume on the bust, shoulders and arms.

Waterfall ruffles, frill panels, pussy bows, and ruching details on the front of tops are all fabulous and will bring out your feminine side.

Quick hack – Reuse a thin silky scarf to create a pussy bow and team it with simple tee or attached it to the neckline of fine knitted jumper.

Alternatively, wear it with a shirt or blouse, worn underneath the collar.

Have a trick or two up your sleeve

On your shoulders and arms, go for tops with gathers and pleats as well as fluted, puff or balloon sleeves, which will all subconsciously make your bust appear fuller.

Quick hack – An easy way to create a balloon or puff sleeve effect is to use hairbands on looser sleeves to cinch in the fabric at the elbow and wrist areas.

Perfect patterns

I love interesting prints and bold patterns, and they’re also perfect for the summer.

An easy trick to enhance your small boobs is to wear prints that are medium to large in size.

These will distract the eye, add visual weight and create an illusion of a bigger bust.

Quick hack – This isn’t a pattern as such, but I’m also a sucker for a slogan tee, which is a staple in my wardrobe and works a treat.

Why not try fabric iron-transfers to create your own designs using Canva to modernise your existing tees.

Make a statement

Add personality and volume with statement accessories.

Team high necklines with bold dangly earrings and scoop tops with texture and gathers with a shorter necklace.

Quick hack – Go for your life and introduce some gorgeous accessories!

They’re pretty inexpensive and will achieve your styling objective of directing the attention away from your chest to break up the space.

Be bold

Believe it or not, you won’t go far wrong with showing some skin.

Bustier tops worn underneath a sheer shirt or top, cropped voluminous bustier tops and short wrap tops with either puff or capped sleeves will create a flattering bust shape.

Quick hack – Revisit your bikini collection and black padded t-shirt bras.

For a more sophisticated look opt for darker colours, and team the same-coloured bikini top or bra with an old faithful sheer top.

Switch it up

Finally, if you want some inspo on how to wear your beloved oversized shirts in a different way, there are simple ways to restyle them.

Create a shorter length by tying the ends at the front for a more summery feel, wrap each end at the front around tummy and tuck in the ends either side, or button up the front asymmetrically and wear one side off the shoulder.

The results? Chic, cheerful… and two cup sizes bigger!
