I’m a shopping expert & Matalan has a sale on with between 50 and 70 percent off – you need to run, not walk, there

A WOMAN has urged shoppers to run, not walk, to Matalan to nab some of the incredible bargains on sale.

Liyana took to her YouTube channel to share a video going around the shop to point out the sales, which ranged between 50 and 70 percent off.

“Here we are guys, Matalan, half price sale now on,” she first told fans. “The sale is on the women’s and the children’s – it’s also online, so you can head over online if you don’t want to come into the store”.

She then pointed out several jumpers and tops that were all 50 percent off, which were priced around £9.

There were also cotton long-sleeved shirts for just £4.50, while sleeveless tops were around £8.

Maxi dresses, meanwhile, were on sale between £13.50 and £17, making it an ideal purchase for the summer heat waves.

She then moved onto the skirts section, which was also 50 percent off, as she said: “I’ve been looking for some skirts, but like a black pleated one…”

As Liyana said this, she took a black and white polka dot midi skirt and said she wished it was exactly what she was after.

After looking at the suitcases on display, she headed over to the swimwear section, which had colourful bikinis and one-piece suits, too.

“50 percent off their swimwear,” she said, before checking the price tag on a black and white striped bikini with orange detailing. “This is great for those going on holiday – £8.50”.

There were some labelled “tummy control”, which were on sale for just £7.50 while others went for just £5.

She then moved onto the activewear, where there was a light blue jacket for £7 alongside some tops that were of the same price.

TikTok star Liyana Lifestyle also looked at the jeans, where there were some reduced from £21 to £8.

The children’s section was equally impressive when it came to on-sale items and would be ideal for parents to nab.

From £4 Disney welly boots to costumes that ranged from £5.50 to £8, Liyana said the “children’s section is so much better than the women’s.”

Holding a £3 black jumper with the words ‘Love & Happiness’ over it, she said: “That is so sweet. That’s so adorable. I don’t usually get mushy over children’s clothes as well.”

“There’s also a sale on some of the jewellery,” she said, saying that some were just £3, down 70 percent.

After exploring the store a little further, she ended her video by saying: “That’s everything that’s new and on sale at Matalan, I hope you enjoyed the tour”.

“Love look what Matalan have in the store you showed us. Thanks!” one person wrote, to which Liyana said: “You’re welcome,” with a heart emoji.
