I couldn’t figure out why everyone was staring when I went to the supermarket – I got home and the realisation hit me

It was only when she got home, and realised why she’d sparked a few double takes, that she was left red-faced.
She took to TikTok to explain, as she said: “I thought this was cute but I went to the supermarket and I got so many weird looks.
“And I was like, ‘What the f**k?” I was looking in the mirror like, ‘What’s wrong with this outfit?’”
And after looking for some time, she couldn’t figure out what the problem with it was, adding that she felt “really good” in the white shorts, crop top and cardigan combo.
But when she got home and her dad pointed out that she had “something on” her, Daisy realised her epic faux pas.
“Last night I went out and I was wearing this bralette, and I had to wear nipple covers because I was scared the bralette was going to fall to the side,” she explained.
“But I wasn’t wearing just any old nipple covers – the only ones I could get were black ones in the shape of Xs.
“And I didn’t take them off before I went to the supermarket, so I was walking around with these huge Xs – and I just forgot that this is a little bit see through”.
Daisy concluded her video by admitting: “So now I want to die because that was my local supermarket.”
People were quick to comment on her fashion fail, but the majority questioned why Daisy had gone to the supermarket in what looked like pyjamas.
“Is that not pyjamas? very cute pyjamas but pyjamas?” one asked.
As another wrote: “I mean I kinda think they look like PJs cause of the material, but looks really cute.”
“It’s nightwear, you don’t wear stuff like that to the grocery store. That’s why they were looking,” a third insisted.
