It didn’t take long for the registered fan sale for Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour tickets to be thrown into chaos.

Just seconds after the first sale went live at 11am for London and Edinburgh 2024 dates, AXS’s queue system seemed to be ‘paused’.

Well, they did warn us about demand being high…

Fans took to Twitter to express their rage as stress levels only continued to rise.

‘the queue is paused and i want to SCREAM’, one person wrote.

‘I hope the queue is paused to let in people who’s waiting rooms glitched and not just that it’s crashed – AXS pretty please can you communicate what’s going on’, another begged.

Another wrote: ’10 seconds in and the queue is paused’.

Others flooded AXS’s Twitter feed, demanding to know ‘what the hell is going on.’

The page Swifties were met with after the sale began read: ‘When it is your turn, you will have 5 minutes to enter the website.

‘The queue is paused.’

Underneath was the time the page was last updated.

This also confused fans, as they wondered whether they should ‘refresh’ their browser.

This week’s registered fan sales come after the Midnights pre-sale last week, which granted a select number of fans access to an early ticket sale if they pre-ordered Taylor’s Midnights album.

Everyone’s favourite US singer-songwriter returns to Europe next year for a string of dates on British soil following the incredible success of her American leg this summer.

Taylor will play six dates in London alone, as well as three in Liverpool, three in Edinburgh, three in Dublin, and one in Cardiff.
