A WOMAN who has made a name for herself sharing fashion tips for the over 50s has shared her ultimate style rules.
And Ana Dias says it’s all about thinking outside of the box, as she revealed she even wears swimming costumes in the daytime.

Ana, who is on TikTok as @anadias.official, regularly posts videos letting her followers into her fashion secrets.
Her popular posts have attracted lots of positive attention as she revealed how you can take simple wardrobe items like a scarf or a swimming costume – and majorly changes them up.
In one of her most liked videos to date, Ana explained that swimwear isn’t just for the beach.
Instead, she showed how you can take a simple one piece and team it with trousers to create a classy look.
Ana filmed herself wearing a slinky, black swimming costume with a flattering silver neckline.
The style mad social media user, who captioned the post #over50sstyle, then reached for a pair of cream, tailored trousers.
She quickly put them on over the top of the summer staple and then teamed the smart casual look with some simple black heels, silver jewellery and a straw Chanel bag.
But she didn’t stop there, as, in another of her pinned posts, Ana revealed a scarf can also be multi-purpose and improve a top or dress in seconds.
Hanging in her closet was an on trend, brightly coloured scarf.
First, Ana folded it in half, before putting it over her shoulders and draping it over her chest.
Once it was in the position she wanted it to be, she used a belt to fix it in place and tucked the excess material inside.
She then teamed it with a black blazer and black trouser combo as she gave it the thumbs up and wrote: “How you can use a scarf in a different way.”
While another one of Ana’s golden style rules is to embrace different materials and textures – and she maintained that dressing sexy is always a winner.
In one of her most recent posts, Ana asked other TikTok users: “Are you in doubt what to wear?”
She then encouraged them to “go with sexy basic black and add a little extra”, showing how she followed her own advice by slipping on a black lcorset dress and sparkly jacket.
She also showed she had a thing for leather when she teamed a swimming costume with a leather skirt AND jacket – creating quite the memorable look.
