I spent $650 on all of Skims’ bestsellers – the bottoms lifted my butt but I’m returning them due to a peek-a-boo issue

A FASHIONISTA has shelled out $650 for some of the top viral styles from Kim Kardashian’s clothing line.

The TikToker splurged on the bestsellers by Skims, expressing that she was pleasantly surprised by some items but disappointed by others.

Lindsay Silberman (@lindsaysilb) filmed herself unboxing the goods in a video on TikTok.

“I spent $650 ordering every single one of Skims’ bestsellers. I’m going to try them all on to tell you which I think are actually worth it,” she said.

She started off the haul by trying on the $68 thong bodysuit by Skims.

“One thing you need to know about the Skims bodysuits is that when you take them out of the package, they will literally look like they were made for an American Girl doll.

“They’re tiny, but you just have to trust the process,” she said.

Next, she tried on the Seamless Sculpt Mid-Thigh Short, retailing for $36.

“First of all, they’re very difficult to get on, which I expected. I do love that it has this little sticky band around the waist to help prevent them from rolling down. Love the level of compression.

“I love that it kind of lifts up your butt. The biggest problem for me is that the length is too long,” she revealed.

Lindsay said that the length of the shorts could potentially peek out of a short dress.

“They would stick out underneath a short dress. So these I’ll be returning,” she said.

She also tried two bras from Skims, including the wireless strapless, $48, and ribbed plunge bralette, $36, exchanging the bra and returning the bralette due to fit issues.

Finally, she approved of the classic cotton rib tank top, $36, saying it’s a keeper.

“I had heard amazing things about this classic cotton rib tank top. Totally lives up to expectations. I’m keeping it and ordering more colors,” she said.

She referred to her review as “brutally honest” with more on the way.

“A brutally honest Skims try-on haul. I spent almost $700 ordering all the bestsellers so that I could give you a truly accurate Skims review.

“Let’s just say I was surprised by a few things and disappointed by others. What else should I try next?”

Lindsay shared that she will continue her $650 Skims haul in an upcoming second part to the video.
