Strictly Come Dancing star Adam Thomas was pictured smiling from ear to ear as he celebrated his birthday with wife Caroline.
The Waterloo actor, 35, is already throwing himself into training as he joins Les Dennis, Bobby Brazier, Angela Rippon and many more in this year’s line-up.
However, that didn’t stop him enjoying his big day as he was seen arriving at a restaurant in Manchester alongside Caroline.
The former I’m A Celebrity star kept it smart casual in a check shirt while Caroline also opted for comfort in striped cardigan and a flare leg jumpsuit.
The celebrations seemed to continue for Adam as he recently found out he shared his big day with fellow Strictly co-star Nigel Harman with them turning 35 and 50 respectively.
Sharing a video of them in a rehearsal room, with fellow stars including Bobby Brazier belting out ‘happy birthday’, Adam wrote on Instagram: ‘Who would of thought it… the day our @bbcstrictly journey begins is on my birthday, not just mine but @themeditatingactor too!!

‘Happy birthday big man … never actually told you today, but you’ve been a big inspiration of mine! Happy to share this moment with you 👊x
It comes after Adam revealed he had been recently diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis after experiencing significant pain for the past eight months.
The NHS describes it as a ‘long-term condition that causes pain, swelling and stiffness in the joints’ with the main affected areas being the hands, feet and wrists.’

He wrote on Instagram: ‘It’s been a tough old year but … Finally I’m on the right plan now! Finally getting it under control. For now! 👀 But some days are better than others and am not going to lie, it’s been hard not being able to train properly, it’s has had a huge knock on effect for me personally, but not only that for my family too!!’
Speaking about Strictly, he added: ‘It really couldn’t have come at a better time I’m a firm believer of everything happening for a reason, and I know the journey I’ve been on was meant to happen, to never take small things in life for granted! …Like going for a run, playing with my kids and just being able to walk with no pain!
‘I know it’s going to be tough and I’ve definitely got my work cut out but am up for the challenge and can not wait to get on that dance floor!!
Strictly Come Dancing returns later this year on BBC One.
