I’m a size 18 and refuse to look like a stuffed sausage on holiday – I’ve found dream crop top, it’s so flattering

A PLUS-SIZED fashionista has revealed she’s found the dream crop top for her holidays – after fearing she’d look like a stuffed sausage.

Rachel Spicer, from Falkirk, regularly shares her clothing hauls and outfit choices with her 2.3 million followers on TikTok (@rachelspicer_).

In a recent clip, the 25-year-old picked up two plus-sized co-ords from ASOS for her sunshine break to Egypt.

Rachel, a size 18, said: “I go on holiday next week and I have gained a little bit of weight since I last went on holiday.

“So I had to buy new things cause I’m not going on holiday feeling like a stuffed sausage.”

And her pink and green geometric print crop top and maxi skirt co-ord, £61, was a big hit.

“I went out my comfort box and got a crop top”, she admitted.

“Who do I think I am? But I think I love this.

“I feel comfortable in this. It’s got an elasticated waistband. I like an elasticated waistband. Wow.”

Showing different ways to wear the top, Rachel added: “We could do a little off the shoulder or a square neck.

“[And] there’s pockets, there’s pockets. I love a pocket.

“Imagine this with white strappy sandals, you know, whoop.

“It’s also meant to be like 36 to 38 degrees when we’re out there.

“So I just need something floaty, comfy, I can breathe and I can move.

“I love the print as well. It’s like green and pink, my colours. Wow.I quite like this.”

But her haul wasn’t a complete success as Rachel felt like she had a baby bump in a pink and orange tie-dye skirt and matching top.

“This one’s a no” she sighed.

“Love the print, love the colours but it does just emphasise the fact that I’ve gained weight and not lost weight for a holiday.

“Oh my God, I’m gonna go on holiday and feel nine months pregnant.

“I’m just feeling a bit uncomfy. I feel like it’s stuck to me. Like, I can’t. Ugh. No, I don’t like it.

“This one’s a return I think. Now get it off me.”

And social media users agree that it’s the first outfit that stole the show, with the clip racking up more than 272,000 views.

One gushed: “The first set looks GORGEOUS on you.”

A second wrote: “Love love love. Keep keep #1.”

Meanwhile, a third added: “Looks SO GOOD on you.”

Rachel rose to fame on TikTok by showing off her two “dancing” chins and aims to help boost her followers’ self-confidence.

She’s spoken openly in the past about struggling with body confidence but now inspires fans to accept their body shape.
