Katie Price revealed her son Harvey smashed his head through her car window on the way home from a trip to Devon this month.

The 45-year-old mum-of-five explained her 21-year-old son became distressed when his ears popped on the motorway.

Harvey has Prader-Willi syndrome and autism and was born with septo-optic dysplasia, a condition that affects brain function.

Katie said her other two kids’ faces ‘looked like a murder scene’ and went into greater detail about the incident on the latest edition of her podcast.

The former glamour model explained on The Katie Price Show: ‘On the way back [from Devon], Harvey decides his ear keeps popping and then what happens?

‘The kids are all in the back and he decides to headbutt the window of the car, popped out the window.’

She went on: ‘We’re on the motorway – glass shattered everywhere, the kids’ faces looked like a murder scene.’

Katie added: ‘And I’m like, “Stay calm, stay calm, you’re fine”. I get into my mode of, “All stay calm, everything’s fine”.

‘I’m going to Carl [Woods, her partner], “We need to pull over, we need to pull over”.’

‘Nightmare,’ Katie quipped, adding: ‘So we had to do the six-hour journey home with a popped-out window in the rain and the wind.’

Harvey’s stressful British holiday comes weeks after he celebrated a more cheerful milestone – setting a new Guinness World Record.

In July, he officially set the world record for the longest drawing of a train.

It took Harvey four weeks to create the 21.3 metre-long picture and the drawing is of his favourite train – the Gatwick Express.

To set the record, Harvey had to ensure his drawing topped 20 metres.

Raving about her son’s amazing accomplishment at the time, Katie said: ‘I’m absolutely thrilled for Harvey. I can’t believe he’s got his own Guinness World Record. It’s fantastic.’

‘We officially have a Guinness World Record holder in the family and everyone is so happy for him.’
