An iconic film moment can follow actors for life and Ben Stiller has perfected his Blue Steel pose from Zoolander.

Over two decades since the hit film first graced the silver screen, Derek Zoolander is still pouting away.

Ben, who almost appeared in Back to the Future, arrived for the seventh day of the 2023 US Open in a casual black t-shirt and blue shorts.

Some pictures of him inside the venue showed the Night at the Museum actor heavily invested in a tennis match as he sat with a friend.

Before he could sit and watch, the 57-year-old was asked to recreate the Blue Steel pose for a selfie.

The Walter Mitty actor was rocking some black sunglasses but that didn’t stop his perfect Blue Steel recreation, to fans’ delight.

In the 2001 film, Ben plays a model attempting to revive his dwindling career and is offered a runway show with a bizarre twist.

Owen Wilson also stars in the film along with a ridiculously long list of cameos and both actors returned for the highly-anticipated sequel in 2016.

Zoolander, the character, has certain poses such as ‘Magnum’, ‘Le Tigre’, and the iconic ‘Blue Steel’, which has haunted Ben ever since.

The pose involves him looking directly into the camera as he sucks in his cheeks and dramatically pouts.

Despite being asked to do the look for over 20 years now, Ben happily pouted for the fan at the New York sporting event.

Other famous faces have also been spotted at the US Open, with Bill Murray, Shonda Rhimes, and Tina Fey all taking in the tennis.
