A FASHION fanatic has hailed a faux leather trench coat as the “effortless and cool” purchase of the season – and it’s from Primark.

In a recent video (@ellxbutler), she did a huge £260 autumn haul from the bargain store.
“I’ve got five of these [shopping] bags and they’re all full to the brim”, she said.
“All the autumn/winter stuff is now in, finally. All the jumpers, the coats, the jackets the scarfs.
“This is my time of year, my favourite type of clothes. So I went a bit crazy and pretty much bought everything.”
Ellie – the childhood sweetheart of Celtic’s Liam Shaw, currently on loan at Wigan Athletic – picked up a khaki trench coat, faux leather puffer jacket and cosy neutral teddy fleece.
She also bagged a black scarf, cardigan, black jeans, two jumpers, teddy bag, socks, suit trousers and a waistcoat.
But the size 10 footie WAG’s top buy was a £40 faux leather trench coat.
“It’s not just any trench”, the blonde fashionista said.
“It’s a black like PU leather trench. The material of this is so, so soft [and] doesn’t smell of fish which is great, because normally material like this when you buy it cheap always smells like fish.
“[It was] £40. So it’s expensive, but if this was in Zara It’d probably be about £80-90 because it is so heavy.
“The quality feels unbelievable and I’ve gone for a medium in this.
“I’m glad I’ve sized up but it’s a little bit more oversized than the other trenches so if you don’t want it too big maybe just stick to your usual with this one because it’s already quite large.”
Modelling it for the camera, she added: “Oh my God, I love it. How stunning is this?
“It’s so effortless and so cool. This will keep you dry as well because the material, oh my God this feels so expensive.
“I can’t fault this, really, really impressed. And for £40 I feel like that’s a steal for the quality that this is.”
And fashion fans are loving Ellie’s haul, as one gushed: “Great autumn haul!! Literally feeling the autumn chill at the moment.”A second wrote: “Love your enthusiasm and great style.”
Meanwhile, a third added: “Gosh you got loads.”
