“It’s boot season so I have to remind you of these silicone inserts that you just slip on your heel. Completely prevents blisters,” she said.
“I’m wearing some heavy black boots today, à la these,” she added, holding up her footwear. “And I’ve never gotten one blister because of these.”
Her chunky black boots of choice could potentially cause irritation or even blistering on the heel.
With the silicone product fitting over her foot, she claimed it kept her skin safe from irritating friction.
