It could cost Hallie at nominations.

Big Brother housemates Hallie and Kerry have formed a close bond in just a week, but an expert claims their friendship is ‘toxic’.

In yesterday’s episode, the group was tasked with living at ‘Happy Happy Happy camp’ as part of the second shopping task, which means camping outside in the garden.

Hallie, 18, voiced her annoyance about the food on offer which included mushy peas and unidentified meat, and Kerry, 40, also got frustrated during a task where housemates had to withstand artificial rain and wind. Both screamed in frustration at Big Brother and even their housemates.

Metro.co.uk has launched its new Big Brother’s Big Body Language series with body language expert Judi James, available to watch on our YouTube channel every Thursday from 6pm.

Body language expert and Metro’s Big Brother’s Big Body Language expert Judi James believes there is a reason that they’re both displaying similar characteristics.

‘The relationship is turning out to be toxic for Hallie who is mimicking Kerry’s tantrums,’ explained Judi.

‘When the show started it was always Hallie hugging and comforting Kerry when she was throwing wobblies.’

Judi believes this was a way for Hallie to subtly show the attention she wanted to receive.

‘This actually suggested that it was Hallie who really needed the mothering. It was as though she was displaying what she really craved herself.’

The women’s choice to ‘throw tantrums’ may be detrimental when it comes to nominations and upcoming evictions, claims Judi.

‘Kerry’s attention-seeking tantrums and tears show her reverting to the behaviour of a helpless baby wanting to get its own way, even the dramatic rejections of food,’ stated Judi.

‘It’s an act for Kerry that she probably thinks will make her a BB winner but when Hallie copies her she ruins her appeal as a strong young woman who looked like a genuine potential winner. Now she just looks like a moaner.

‘It does get her what she wants as her reward from Kerry though. When Hallie throws her tantrum Kerry moves from rebellious child mode to nurturing parent, comforting Hallie and offering love.’

In last night’s episode, Hallie was reassured by Kerry after she’d been to the diary room to ask to be upgraded to glamping status alongside Kerry, Olivia, Paul, and Jenkin.

‘Kerry made one fatal mistake. It’s bad she screams like a child but she screams, like Hallie, at Big Brother, but in the garden she made the error of screaming at the other housemates.’

The NHS manager got annoyed at her housemates for not choosing who would join her as a glamper quickly enough.

‘The expression on Dylan’s face is massive and telling. Kerry probably sealed her fate for nominations with that one move. Noky also responds, playing with her mic.’

Viewers also reacted to the displays of emotion on Twitter, with some claiming that they are trying to emulate the late Nikki Grahame.

The Big Brother 2006 star had epic meltdowns during her time on the series, including her famed ‘Who is she?’ and ‘I’m so colddddddd’ rants.

‘This girl Hallie on Big Brother is actively trying to be Nikki Grahame and it’s not cute I’m afraid. Between her and that melter Kerry I don’t know who is worse,’ one person wrote on X, formerly Twitter.

Another typed: ‘Kerry and Hallie, I’m sorry, but nobody, and I mean NOBODY, can pull off Big Brother tantrums and still be loved apart from the queen herself. Nikki Grahame forever.’

‘Does anyone else think #kerry is trying to Copy #nikkigrahames rants??,’ asked one viwer. ‘Like Nikki was entertaining, Kerry is legit faking it and it’s actually annoying!!!’

In tonight’s episode, Hallie will apologise for her ‘diva’ moments.

‘Guys I just want to say something. I had a bit of a diva moment yesterday and I want to apologise because it’s happened a few times now and yesterday was the breaking point of all divaness.’

She added: ‘I’m just going to from now on sit back and observe and take a chill pill and realise we’re all in this together and I don’t need to act like that. So, sorry guys.’

Jenkin speaks to Chanelle about the situation: ‘She acts like dram’ and that doesn’t impress anyone.

‘And I think when she goes off like this, for some people that’s entertainment and that’s what I find the most hardest thing is I feel like a lot of it is for show and I find it hard to have a conversation with her because she’s constantly staring at the camera.’

With nominations taking place in tomorrow’s episode, will all be forgiven in time?

Big Brother continues tonight on ITV2 and ITVX at 9pm. Watch new episodes of BBBBL on Metro.co.uk
