I paid over £180 for a lace jumpsuit for my wedding… trolls say it doesn’t flatter my body but I think it’s great

A BRIDE-TO-BE has been brutally trolled online after sharing the white lace jumpsuit she’s planning on wearing on her big day.

Finding the perfect outfit for your wedding is just as stressful as organising the ceremony itself – however, one woman, TikTok user Jenn, was convinced she had snapped up the ultimate garment.

The posh designer version retails for more than £300 – however, the woman had manaed to snap it up second-handTiktok / @thelifeofjenn/video

Rather than opting for a dress, the stunning woman had decided to bag a second-hand lace jumpsuit she had spotted on Poshmark – a site similar to Vinted.

According to Jenn, who was ”out of budget at this point”, the real retail value of the posh designer piece was over $400 – or around £330.

But instead of forking out a fortune, the money-saving fashionista paid £188, she proudly revealed in the video.

However, as she, unfortunately, came to discover upon trying on the stylish jumpsuit, the piece of clothing had arrived with a rip around the inner thigh area.

”I don’t know what to do right now, I don’t even know if it’s really that noticeable,” said Jenn, adding that the advertisement on the site did not disclose the fault.

Although one option was returning the item, the bride-to-be also realised that this would mean having to pay the full price for a brand new jumpsuit – an option she wasn’t so keen on.

”I don’t know… But seriously, this is the most stunning jumpsuit,” the woman said all chuffed with the figure-hugging fit.

At the end of the now-viral video, which has won her a whopping 2million views in just two days, Jenn also showed a close-up of the ripped material.

The gorgeous maxi jumpsuit came with white lace detailing throughout, slim-fitting sleeves, flared bottoms, as well as a waist-cinching belt.

But whilst Jenn may have been in love with the outfit, people on social media were of a slightly different opinion.

Thousands raced to comments to share their thoughts, were many insisted the garment was not flattering her figure.

One, for instance, strongly advised: ”Return it. You are so pretty and you can find something that will flatter you.”

Someone else agreed, writing: ”Under no circumstances should you do anything but return that.”

”You are so so pretty, this particular outfit does not flatter you. It’s the outfit, not you!! You are wonderful & congratulations,” a third chimed in.

”i say this with so much love, the cut of the top suits you really well but the bottoms would not work for anyone,” another person penned.

After taking the internet by storm and being slammed for her outfit choice, Jenn shared a little update – and it seems that she’s listened to the advice.

Hitting back at all the meanies, the bride-to-be said: ”I see a majority of these comments and have put a case through with Poshmark and am now looking for a different reception outfit.”

Some of her favourite options so far include a chic off-the-shoulder jumpsuit, a figure-hugging lace dress with a thigh-high split, as well as a pleated midi dress in white.
