But she was lured into other purchases when she saw the selection at Shein, an online fast fashion retailer headquartered in Singapore.
In the caption of the post, she said she was a size 10 and a mom.
“I’m finally getting my confidence back after having a baby,” she said in a TikTok video.
The first thing Shelby tried on was a black backless dress with cutouts at the hips, which retails for $10.49.
She said she never wears backless clothing, but she couldn’t pass this one up.
“I’m serving,” she said.
Her second dress was the Mienne Cut Out Waist Ruched Bust Tie Backless Satin Dress, $27.99.
Bright green with ruching, the silk number left her at a loss for words.
“I’m actually speechless,” she said. “I mean there’s very few times where I put on a piece of clothing and that makes my face light up.”
“It makes me feel like I am beautiful,” Shelby continued. “I don’t want to take it off.”
“I am just so ready to be in a tropical paradise,” the fashionista added.
