I’m a rich housewife in NYC, my husband only expects one thing from me and it’s very demanding
A RICH New York housewife has opened up about the realities of her glitzy life – and it’s not all expensive handbags and flying on jets (although that is part of it).
Izzy Anaya, who goes by the “Average Rich Housewife” online, slammed people for saying she doesn’t work.

In a clip on her @averagerichhousewife account, she shared how she works 24/7 as the “CEO of her family”, including looking after her two sons for her “sugar daddy” husband.
The stay-at-home mum said while her consultant husband goes to the office, she is expected to take care of all the household jobs and parenting.
She said: “When people are like ‘oh you don’t work’, ‘you’re a housewife’, or ‘your husband has enough money, it’s his money, ask him’… first of all, I work 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
“I am on call.
“Secondly, it’s not his money, it’s our money, he makes it, however I am doing my part, he is providing for me to work in the home.
“You pay a nanny, you pay a cleaning lady, you pay a chef, you would pay all of these people, an accountant, a travel agent, an organiser, a CEO to my goddamn family if I was working, and it would probably be more expensive than me.”
In another clip, Izzy spoke about how marrying a rich guy has its pros and cons.
She said: “Your husband comes home at 5 o’clock and helps you with the kids, I’ve sacrificed that so I can afford these things.”
Izzy added: “People are like ‘help me find a wealthy man, help me find a wealthy husband.’
“But I don’t think you fully understand what comes with marrying someone that is career driven.
“I am not going to lie. Having no budget and running around in Lululemon and having lunch is fun.
“However, be prepared to raise your kids on your own because your husband is not coming home at 5 o’clock.
“I go to couples dinners, school events, charity [fundraisers], everything, alone.
“You cannot have honey home at 5 o’clock helping you raise the kids and fly around on a private plane. Like you have to pick one or the other.
“There are days where I don’t see him, and there are weeks where we only communicate via email because he doesn’t have time to get on another phone call —nor do I. I have two kids to raise and three households to run.”
However, she insisted that she does enjoy being a housewife and wouldn’t hire help, and not just because she doesn’t “like people in my home.”
Izzy explained: “Nobody’s going to raise my kids like me. Just because you can afford it, doesn’t mean you have to pawn the kids off on somebody else.
“Why have them if you’re not going to enjoy them?”
Many people seemed keen to have the rich housewife lifestyle, with one person writing: “Sign me up.”
