I’m 5’3”, 139 lbs and did a Meshki haul, the pants wouldn’t close but the top was perfect on my 34DD frame

A FASHIONISTA’S clothes haul has resulted in some hits and misses.

But fans rushed to reassure her when she despaired at the sizing of this particular brand.

Standing 5′ 3″ and 139 pounds, she was gutted when faux leather pants from Meshki wouldn’t close.

It was a very different story for the matching top though, which was perfect for her 34DD frame.

Janette Ok (@inmyseams), who has an enormous following of 1.7 million, was upfront about her feelings on her Meshki haul in her post.

“I’m very disappointed with myself for thinking that I was a size small,” as she struggled to do up her pants.

It was a frustrating exercise because she was certain this item, $83, would have been ideal and she even envisaged how she would have styled them.

“I don’t know if I have put on a few pounds. The leg part is perfect.

But commenters said they had also experienced sizing issues with MeshkiTikTok/inmyseams

“I just can’t get these closed. With sneakers these would be super duper cute aside from the pants not closing.”

But she wasn’t about to give up on these trousers completely: “Going to return and size up.”

There were no issues, however, with the matching faux leather top, $43.

“I love this top. This top is so cute. I feel like they left enough room.

“It fits my waist without suffocating my sides or having kind of that overhang. It’s great and it’s super comfortable.”

But her favorite number from this haul was a far more relaxed look.

“The winner of this haul is the sweat set,” she said, but it wasn’t perfect either.

“The bottoms are still too tight in the waist for my personal taste.”

There was another issue with sizing for this item too.

“I don’t know if this is unisex sizing or just women sizing, but I don’t believe any man in a medium could fit this.

“This sweatshirt is I believe a medium but this is looking large. Okay super comfy.”

Commenters were familiar with Mishki sizing issues.

“Thank you for saving me from those leather pants. Was considering but worried they wouldn’t fit right,” said one person.

“Meshki sizing is horrendous,” figured another.

This person had experienced the same problem: “No, the sizing is terrible. It’s not you.”

But this fan was tempted: “Ok I’ve been influenced.”
