WWE superstar Shotzi left fans scared for her health after she took a very nasty fall at Survivor Series.

The huge premium live event in Chicago got started on Saturday night with the women’s WarGames match pitting the thrillseeking star, Bianca Belair, Charlotte Flair and Becky Lynch against Damage CTRL.

At one point during the bout, the spiky haired daredevil took a real risk with a dive at Bayley, launching herself between the two caged rings.

However, Shotzi – who shaved her green locks earlier this year in solidarity with her sister going through chemotherapy – appeared to land right on her head in a scary moment.

Thankfully, she was able to carry on the match as her team ended up winning, but fans were concerned after the uneasy incident.

One viewer wrote on X (Twitter): ‘Did Shotzi just hurt her head? That was a nasty landing #SurvivorSeries’

‘Shotzi just drilled her head into the mat,’ pointed out a second fan, with a third person added: ‘Shotzi just landed nasty on her head #SurvivorSeries’

‘She almost break her neck,’ someone else wrote.
