I’m a 34D & my boobs always hurt when I run – I finally found a bra supportive enough for big biddies, I could cry
A FITNESS fan has confessed to feeling overwhelmed after she finally found a bra supportive enough for big biddies.
It was no mean feat finding a bra that was fit for purpose and could hold her 34D boobs in place.

She had struggled to find one adequate. Running was almost a no-go area for her because it was painful and made her boobs hurt.
Hope was on the horizon, however, because after trying several different brands, she finally found She Fit.
The relief was enough to make Sierra (@sierrazarcone) cry.
“I don’t normally make videos like this, but I feel like I have to,” she said, wearing their Ultimate Sports Bra, $45.
Suddenly, her options were open again for different fitness activities.
“I’m a 34D and I barely ever work out because when I do, my chest hurts really freaking bad,” despaired Sierra.
“Every time I ran, even with a really high sports bra, my breasts moved and it f**king hurt.
“It honestly was very depressing. [But] I found these bras from She Fit.”
She admitted they weren’t cheap, but she considered it an investment.
“It’s expensive but it’s f**king worth it. This is going to last me a long time.
“I bought four for under $300 and I know that’s a lot but I really think it’s worth it because I’ve never had a bra that’s this supportive.”
The straps were adjustable and came in several colors.
Sierra did the jump test to prove to viewers this bra worked.
“Oh my God, they barely moved. This is amazing. It just jiggles a little but it’s so secure,” she said.
“I’ve never had a bra with this full support before.”
The relief was palpable: “I honestly want to cry a little bit because now I can work out and I don’t have to worry about my breasts hurting anymore.”
She gave this sports bra the ultimate accolade: “It’ll change your life.”
Commenters were grateful for the tip.
One of them said: “Omg, this is so relatable.”
While another wrote: “This is so helpful, thank you for sharing.”
