Mel (@melrobbins) shared the story of her unfortunate accident with over 1.8 million TikTok followers.

The content creator gave a warning to those trying out new sportswear for the first time at the gym.

“PSA: If you buy one of those new trendy bodysuit or jumpsuit outfits, make sure to do a movement test before you go out in public,” she said.

Mel spoke from experience, as she had just returned from an embarrassing yoga class.

“Just make sure before you go to a packed yoga class you actually bend over and make sure your bodysuit truly fits you before you go out in public,” she said.

“I go on my first downward dog, I’m stretching, it was amazing and I hear a tap tap tap from the yoga instructor on my back and I look up and she goes like this,” she said, gesturing to her chest.

“I look down and my freaking nipple was hanging out of my bodysuit like a cow getting ready to be milked.”

She couldn’t help but laugh as she described the events of the yoga class: “I pulled that thing over but here’s the thing, every time I did a downward dog, it was like whoop!”

People took to the comments to share their thoughts on her wardrobe malfunction.

Many couldn’t help but enjoy her precautionary tale: “I love that you’re so open about your oopsies,” praised one commenter.

Others shared that they too had learned the lesson the hard way.

“Precisely why I only wear high neck yoga tops. Nipplegate is not good for anyone,” joked another.
