The first campmate has been eliminated from I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! 2023.
It’s been a turbulent series so far, to say the least, as celebs started walking out of camp long before the phone lines actually opened for viewers to vote.
In shocking news, two contestants quit the show, with both MasterChef star Grace Dent and Britney Spears’ younger sister Jamie Lynn Spears backing out on ‘medical grounds’.
But we now have our first official departure of the series, with Frankie Dettori being the first to walk across that bridge.
The vote was opened by hosts Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly last night (Saturday, December 2).
‘The big news is that tomorrow night, one of them will be heading for home,’ Dec informed viewers.
‘So, for the first time this series you’re voting to keep your favourites in the camp. The person with the fewest votes will leave tomorrow.’
The Geordie duo declared that the vote was now open, and would close during Sunday night’s show ahead of the first eliminated star being revealed.
