Hollywood star confirms engagement to actress 30 years younger-Aisha Nozari-Entertainment – Metro

Rufus Sewell is engaged to his girlfriend Vivian Benitez – who is 30 years his junior.

The Holiday actor, 56, and the 26-year-old actress announced the news by posting two photographs of her wearing a huge sparkler on her left finger on Instagram, with one of the images also showing Rufus kissing her on the cheek.

She captioned the set of snaps: ‘Till death (or him continuing to walk on bathmats with his outside shoes) do us part.’

Vivian didn’t share details about the proposal, but she posted a photo of herself from Rome a day before the announcement on Tuesday.

The actor, who played Jasper in the Christmas film The Holiday, has been dating Vivian for at least two years and the pair have largely stayed out of the public eye throughout their relationship – but they have made a few red carpet appearances together, including at the premieres of his movies Old in 2021 and The Diplomat in April.

That same month, Rufus was seen filming scenes for Netflix’s upcoming movie Scoop about Prince Andrew who is portrayed by the actor.

 Rufus looked totally unrecognisable in the snaps.

Gone was his usual head of dark hair, replaced by a wig of thinning, silvery-grey locks.

The streaming giant is creating a film about the Duke of York’s headline-grabbing Newsnight interview with journalist Emily Maitlis, which aired in 2019.

The conversation focused on Andrew’s relationship with convicted paedophile Jeffrey Epstein, with the interview regarded as a ‘car crash’, despite Prince Andrew initially believing that it had gone well.

Rufus first tied the knot with longtime girlfriend Yasmin Abdallah in 1999, but they divorced the following year.

Four years later, he married Amy Gardner – with whom he has 21-year-old son William – before they divorced in 2006.

Rufus also has 10-year-old daughter Lola with his ex-girlfriend Ami Komai.
