I found nipple covers that don’t look like pepperoni – they’re great for going bra-free without being scandalous
A BRA-DITCHING fashionista isn’t a fan of the pepperonis-in-my-shirt look she usually gets from nipple covers.
So she was pretty happy to find a pair that don’t suggest she’s smuggling pizza toppings in her shirt.

Krysten (@krysten_wags) shared the product recommendation with over 100,000 TikTok followers.
The Los Angeles-based content creator explained she had an aversion to bras, but it frequently poses a problem for her.
“Do you guys have those moments where you want to wear a hot fitted shirt but you don’t want to wear a bra, but it’s just a little scandalous?” she asked.
She tried out a solution commonly suggested to her — nipple covers — but was less than pleased by the results.
“They literally look like pepperoni when you put them on,” she said, pointing at the outline of a nipple cover through her thin tank top.
For Krysten, that was a no-go: “We are done with these, we’re done,” she said.
Instead, she was impressed with the nipple covers from Perkies, $25, which came with a travel case.
She tried on the covers on one boob to demonstrate: “Before and here we have an after with no pepperoni circle effect,” she said.
She explained she much preferred the Perkies in a side-by-side comparison.
“This is the one that I showed you at the beginning, it’s way thicker and sloppier than the Perkies, the Perkies are structured and so much thinner,” she explained.
With the Perkies on, Krysten felt comfortable going braless without compromising on the “wearing a bra” look.
“Here’s our final bra-free result that doesn’t make it look like you have scary, circular boobs, thank you Perkies,” she said.
