Beloved Brooklyn Nine-Nine star Andre Braugher dies age 61-Tori Brazier-Entertainment – Metro
He died on Monday, his publicist confirmed.

Andre Braugher, who starred as fan-favourite Captain Raymond Holt in Brooklyn Nine-Nine, has died at the age of 61.
The two-time Emmy winning actor appeared alongside Andy Samberg and Terry Crews, playing New York police officers in Brooklyn’s fictional 99th Precinct in the hit US sitcom.
He was also known for this role on Homicide: Life On The Street.
Braugher died on Monday after a brief illness, his publicist Jennifer Allen told the PA news agency.
Braugher received an Emmy Award in 1998 for outstanding lead actor in a drama series following his role as Detective Frank Pembleton in Homicide: Life On The Street – which ran from 1993 until 1999.
