I’m a 32FF and my girls go ‘down and out’ after breastfeeding, boob tape is a savior & my ‘pull method’ creates support

BOOB tape is proving to be a savior for one mom whose 32FFs have experienced a steep decline since breastfeeding.

Her girls have gone “down and out,” but she can enjoy a boob boost once more.

Using the breast tape, her “pull method” creates just the right amount of support to make her feel uplifted again.

Belinda (@beautybybelinda), who has 91,000 followers on her TikTok, is most well-known as a “creative makeup artist.”

That creative spirit has helped her find ways of using boob tape that is most effective: “Boob tape tips.”

She figured she needed all the help she could get: “I am a 32FF. I breastfed two children and my girls like to go down and out,” she despaired.

“With a deep plunge like this, I like to just concentrate on lifting, so I’ve measured out four of these squares on the back.”

She was using Boosted Tape, $9.51, which came with a grid pattern on the reverse.

Once cut to measure, she demonstrated where the tape should be positioned.

“I started the tape right under where my [bra] underwire would be,” she explained.

“For the first inch or two, I don’t stretch the tape. This just helps not create too much tension on your skin,” she said.

“I’m going to hold my boob where I want it and stretch it up from here.”

The tape was very stretchy and she explained if you have a bigger bust you just use more.

“The tape stretches in all directions, which is what makes it so good.

“When you stick it on, it follows the contours of your body while also giving it support,” she wrote.

She gave clear instructions over where it should be placed for good supporttiktok/beautybybelinda

“Then I’m going to hold my boob where I want it and this is where I put the tape to create support.

“And then the last inch again, I’m not going to pull, I’m just going to place that on my skin.”

Once she had finished, she was very pleased with the result.

“I’ve done that to both sides and they already look so much better.”

She had a further tip if you have a bigger bust: “If it isn’t thick enough to cover it all, I get spillage on each side.

“So that’s where I take another piece the same size and I just do the same next to it. It’s almost like building a cup for yourself.”

She urged anyone using this tape to get the accompanying oil.

“And for the love of God, if you’re getting the tape please get the oil as well because you cannot remove this tape without it. “

There was relief from this commenter who had never known how to use breast tape.

“I’m a F too, never been sure how to do this. Thanks,” they said.
