Normally it’s the WWE superstars left with marks and bruises after a match, but this time the ring really got in on the action.

During the company’s ongoing festive live tour, Shotzi was in action on Boxing Day in Baltimore, Maryland as she teamed with Bianca Belair against Damage CTRL duo Bayley and Iyo Sky.

Shotzi and the EST of WWE picked up the win, but she admitted it was a ‘rough night’ after she took a ‘painful’ fall with her face colliding with the mat.

Just to really drive home how hard she hit the ring, she shared a photo showing a ‘perfect imprint’ of her makeup, showing her whole face included eyelashes, eyebrows, lips and nose.

‘Rough night in Baltimore yesterday. Here is a perfect imprint of my makeup on the mat 😂 you can even see the painful expression on my face @wwe,’ she wrote, thankfully seeing the funny side.

Her fellow wrestlers couldn’t believe it, as her tag partner on the tour was left howling.

‘Shotzi!!!! I can’t 😂😂😂 it look like you said “ugh” 😂 it’s the eyelashes and eyebrows for me. she cute tho,’ Bianca commented.

Former WWE superstar Sasha Banks replied with a crying laughing emoji, while Alexa Bliss – who is off screen after recently giving birth – added: ‘Omg 😂😂’

‘😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 I can’t even believe this. You need a sponsorship sis,’ wrote Liv Morgan, as Shane ‘The Hurricane’ Helms commented: ‘Amazing!! 🤣🤣’

The untelevised match comes after Shotzi and Bianca teamed up with Michin and Zelina Vega on SmackDown to beat all of Damage CTRL in a wild Holiday Havoc match.

Just last month, she suffered an injury scare when she appeared to land on her head during the women’s Survivor Series: WarGames match, but thankfully she’s been able to keep going in the ring since then.

The ongoing festive run has been an eventful one, with CM Punk having his first WWE match since January 2024 at Madison Square Garden at the same time as the Baltimore show.

He triumphed over Dominik Mysterio, but fans are having to wait to see him lace up his boots in a televised bout.
