I have a 22-inch waist and no butt, my mom’s quick hack lets you tailor too big jeans without sewing

A FASHIONISTA with a small waist shared her mother’s tip for tailoring baggy jeans.

She said that you don’t need to know how to sew to pull off the hack.

TikToker Jenny Nguyen (@jennyxngyn) created a video about her mother’s fashion trick.

“My mom taught me this, definitely not anything new but I just wanted to share,” she captioned the clip.

Jenny revealed she is 5-foot-2, 106 pounds, and has a 22-inch waist.

“Sorry I don’t have an a** you guys so don’t make fun of me,” she said.

For Jenny’s hack, she started by showing how baggy the jeans fit on her waist.

Then she zoomed in on the waistband and said to “cut at the lines.”

The fashionista created two openings at the front of the pants.

Jenny told people to make sure they only cut through the inside layer, not the outer one.

Then, she took a white shoelace and weaved it through the first hole.

Jenny tried the pants on again and then tied the shoelaces together.

When she showed herself wearing the same pants in the mirror, they fit securely around her waist.

Some people in the comments were confused by Jenny’s method.

Jenny said the trick was the keep “scrunching the jeans” and push the shoelace through along the waistline.

Many said that they loved the tip.

“This is the best hack ever,” one wrote.

“Omg what this is so smart,” a second said.

“This is brilliant,” a third added.
