CLEANING fanatics are racing to Marks & Spencer after spotting a bargain buy that instantly freshens up clothes for just £3.

When’s the last time you gave your winter coat a clean or took it to the dry cleaners? If you’re anything like us, the team at Fabulous, chances are it’s been a hot minute – but luckily, supermarket Marks & Spencer has come to rescue once again.

According to super fans of the retailer, the high street brand is now offering a Clothes Freshening Mist that instantly removes any nasty odours from your garments, whether it’s your trousers or outerwear.

Customers can choose between a range of scents, such as Sandalwood and Vanilla, and the can comes with 300ml of product.

Needless to say, the £3 bargain deal has become all the rage in the cleaning community, with dozens of delighted shoppers raving about it on social media.

TikTok user and mum Emi, for instance, said she liked to use it for her coats, as well as dressing gowns, as she doesn’t wash them that regularly.

”You wear them every day and obviously you don’t wash them every day,” said the mum, adding she also used it on her bedding – and the scent ”smells for hours”.

Although the cleaning essential comes in a few different aromas, the parent preferred the Jasmin and Ylang, Ylang, which also contains botanical essential oils.

“Smells like you’ve stepped straight out of the washing machine,” another fan of the product recently said on TikTok.

The mist is from the same laundry range shoppers have been raving about, so we wouldn’t be surprised if the clothes mist will fall into the same category of winners.

Talking about the collection, beauty editor Laura Capon claimed she couldn’t get enough of them.

She said: “These laundry liquids and fabric conditioners are chef’s kiss.”

“You’ll just smell rich. You and your clothes will smell warm and rich.”

In particular, Laura revealed that the Sandalwood and Rose scent could be a dupe for a posh Le Labo perfume.

The laundry liquid cost £5.50 and the fabric conditioner cost £3.50 – much cheaper than an actual bottle of Le Labo perfume which costs £157 on average.

Needless to say, many said they’d be racing to bag a can of the spray too, with one writing: ”Seen so much about it, defo getting it now, can always trust you for a good recommendation.”

”I have to get this,” someone else chimed in.

However, it’s also worth nothing there have been some negative reviews, with one customer giving the product a mere three stars.

”I didn’t mind the smell and the spray is quite fine but if any lands on a hard floor- tile or wood it is like walking on ice.

”It was also quite hard to clean off the floor to remove the slipperiness. Having nearly cracked my head open I have been reluctant to use it again!”

Another also warned fellow Marks & Spencer fans, writing: ”The fumes from this are nasty, the smell awful and synthetic and just doesn’t go away.

”I had to wash the item to get rid of it. Binned.”
