Warning: Spoilers ahead!

The Traitors season two has officially dropped and it’s already given us plenty of surprises.

From Claudia Winkleman’s iconic jumpers, to a fourth Traitor revealed in the second episode, and even that explosive twist in the third it’s certainly a launch to remember.

And as fans already pick their favourites and predict who could make it to the end and win the prize of up to £120,000, more details about the cast are emerging.

Including one contestant’s surprising link to Game of Thrones.

Diane, a 63-year-old retired teacher, dropped her own bombshell relating to her family, and now, one of her son’s has revealed his identity on social media.

The Faithful is mum to Mathos Seaworth actor Kerr Logan, who had no idea she was taking part in the hit reality programme.

He wrote on X: ‘I’m not joking… a family member of mine is in this photo and I’ve only just found out.’

In a follow up, Kerr added: ‘My mother is on the traitors. My mother is on the traitors. My mother is on the traitors. She’s bonkers. I’m scared.’

He then added, as the episodes aired: ‘My mother is trending on twitter….. one of the more surreal nights of my life……’

And that wasn’t the only shock. It turns out, Kerr’s brother is on the show too…

The Game of Thrones star has appeared in four episodes of the HBO series, playing the son of Sir Davos Seaworth.

He’s also appeared in Alias Grace, The Killing Kind and Strike.

Meanwhile, Diane’s son Ross, who she’s secretly been playing the game with, works behind the camera, as a video director.

It truly is a family affair, with Diane revealing her application was down to her children.

Ahead of appearing on our screens, she said: ‘Mainly because my children said I could never do something like this!

‘We started watching series one together and l just loved the idea of the challenge. I thought it would be great to have a go and see if I could do it.’

After her reactions and game play in the first few episodes, fans are already branding Diane an icon, and predicting her to win.

‘Never been more afraid of being found out by her and I’m not even a traitor on the show,’ Rylan Clark wrote, with Kerr replying: ‘You have no idea …….’

X user Amy Mallett added: ‘Love that the internet has already awarded Diane certified hun status after just one episode of the traitors S2.’

‘I bet she runs her cul-de-sac’s Neighbourhood Watch committee like it’s a Soviet satellite state,’ Jake Alex joked.

The first three episodes of The Traitors are available to watch on BBC iPlayer, with the next episode airing on Wednesday, January 10.
