I’m normally a size 16 but was humbled by my Boohoo haul, nothing zipped up & I’d need to be 7ft for the glitter pants

A CURVY fashionista confessed that she wanted to lock herself away after almost every item in her shopping haul failed to fit.

Her frustration sparked a discussion about the “wild” sizing of clothes sold by online retailer Boohoo.

Chels left her TikTok followers in hysterics after sharing a failed shopping haulTikTok/chelslouuise_

Chels (@chelslouuise_) has garnered over 48,000 followers on TikTok, where she shares her love of fashion.

The style enthusiast had been eager to share a shopping haul after splurging money on several outfits from Boohoo.

She emptied the pile of clothes from her order onto the floor as a chaotic try-on video ensued.

SHINY SILVER PANTS

Chels struggled to hold back her laughter as she looked at herself in the first unflattering outfit.

She donned a white bodysuit that was so sheer her black bra was visible despite not being in bright lighting.

The bodysuit was teamed with a pair of metallic silver pants that were heavily creased on the legs and looked too tight around her waist.

The ill-fitting pants cost $36, while the white bodysuit is $14.

SEQUIN PANTS

Chels kept the same bodysuit on as she swapped her bottoms for a pair of sequin embellished pants.

Boohoo’s tonal sequin wide-leg pants are sold in sizes ranging from two to 14 for $40.

They were noticeably too long for the trendsetter and the excess material gathered on the floor around her feet.

She seemed unbothered by the second failed outfit as she shrugged and continued to laugh at the glittery outfit.

She then shook her head to indicate that she wouldn’t be keeping the items.

BLACK SPARKLY PANTS

Chels admitted that she was torn about the next outfit as she styled a black T-shirt with sequin pants of the same color.

She completed the eye-catching look with a pair of statement silver boots.

The sequin pants cost $40 and are available in sizes ranging from 12 to 24.

The TikToker confessed she wasn’t keen on how the pants emphasized the roundness of her tummy.

She thought quickly and decided to cover up with an oversized black blazer.

HALTERNECK JUMPSUIT

Chels remained in good spirits as she changed into a halterneck black jumpsuit.

She was unable to zip up the back of the figure-hugging outfit and had to hold up the sides to show how it was supposed to look.

She sarcastically gave the jumpsuit a thumbs-up before swiftly moving on with the haul.

SATIN PANTS

Chels was once again indecisive about an item in her order as she donned a pair of satin pants.

Boohoo’s textured wide-leg satin pants are sold in two different colors for $16.

The fashionista shook her arms as she weighed up if they looked good enough on her to keep or not.

BLACK JUMPSUIT

Chels looked frustrated as she changed into another black jumpsuit that was unable to zip up and was too long to walk in.

She put her hand on her forehead and shook her head in disbelief.

The cowl neck jumpsuit for $22 is sold in sizes ranging from 12 to 24 in the brand’s plus-size collection.

It was unclear if the next sequin-embellished item in her shopping haul was supposed to be a mini dress or top.

She made funny facial expressions as she posed in the item, before swapping into a silver mini dress.

Chels was also left unimpressed by Boohoo’s sequin sheer shift party dress which cost $45.

“Boohoo you have humbled me [eye roll],” read the text over the video which was posted last month.

“BRB [be right back] locking myself away until January 1st.”

She continued to vent about the fast fashion brand in the caption of her post.

“Boohoo sizing strikes again [crying while smiling emoji],” she wrote.

Thousands of people liked the video and took to the comment section sharing their own experiences with the online retailer.

“Cried the other day because I couldn’t get my chest into a size 18 dress from Boohoo,” one person wrote.

“Isn’t it the most frustrating thing ever!” Chels replied.

“Also why are their trousers soooo long,” a second commented.

“PLS [laughing] they are for 7ft I swear,” Chels responded.

“Literally Boohoo is mental,” another added. “Everything either can’t do up or drowns me.

“There is no in-between, I always feel ugly asf [as f**k] after a Boohoo order arrives.”
