It is said the convicted sex offender, 33, will be released in the coming weeks after serving 11 months of his 21-month sentence.
In March the former Big Brother winner was sentenced to the term after he uploaded a sex tape of him and Georgia, 29, online without her permission.
Bear profited off the tape, filmed on his garden’s CCTV footage in August 2020, as he posted it to online adult site OnlyFans.
In a harrowing documentary about her experience, Harrison described feeling damaged, ashamed, used and violated when the footage – which she didn’t realise existed – was unveiled to the world by Bear.
Now she has spoken out for the first time about Bear since reports came about his imminent release, saying she isn’t worried because of the restraining order in place against him.

She told The Sun: ‘So for me, I don’t really have much fear or any concerns about his release from prison.
‘You know, his life journey now is his life journey, and that’s for him to figure out if he can rehabilitate himself.
‘I have a restraining order on him, so I don’t feel that he’ll be saying anything about me that’s going to affect me.
‘And for me, this is just the next stage of my life to move on to better and bigger things.’
As well as prison time, Bear was also ordered to sign the sex offenders’ register and was handed a restraining order preventing him from contacting Harrison for five years.
In July, Bear was ordered to pay Harrison over £200,000 for breach of privacy, making it one of the highest-ever payouts for such a case.
In WhatsApp messages shown in the documentary, Bear appeared to call Georgia ‘attention-seeking’ and a ‘crazy person’ for calling him out on the crime.
The publication also reported Bear would be released around the time of his birthday on January 15.
A source told the outlet: ‘Stephen has served his time – and he’s due out of prison in the next few weeks.

‘However, he’s been telling pals he’s not the same man that went into prison.
‘There will be no hopping back on to social media or rolling straight back into the nearest nightclub when he gets out, he says he just wants to get back to east London and his family.’
‘Obviously time will tell if he has changed his ways.’
At the time of sentencing Judge Christopher Morgan said Bear ‘wished to exploit the economic value of the recording’ of himself and Harrison having sex.
‘I’m sure that you recognised the enhanced economic value to you by having Georgia Harrison, a well-known reality TV and social media personality, in the video,’ the judge added. ‘She would have been known and recognised by many people.’
He said that the defendant caused Harrison ‘extensive humiliation and embarrassment’.
Before sentencing, Bear took selfies with a girl outside the court and sang Lady In Red before telling reporters it ‘wasn’t a fair trial.’
Following his sentencing, Bear said to the court: ‘Have a good weekend everyone.’
This comes after it was announced Georgia will be once again stepping into the Love Island villa as part of the all-stars show, which will air on January 15.
