Drew Barrymore has left fans ‘unsettled’ after offering a sneak peek at her TV set-up.

The actress and talk show host, 48, shared a video of herself crying while watching her 1988 rom-com The Wedding Singer, in which she starred alongside Adam Sandler.

Posting the video on social media, Drew broke down in tears as she reminisced.

‘We made such a good movie. I love you so much. Happy New Year,’ she said, also shouting out her former co-star.

She then revealed she’d skipped an exercise class to continue watching the movie.

‘It started this morning and I was on my way to yoga class, and I’m taking the next later one so I could watch it,’ she explained while sitting on a red velvet couch in a white T-shirt and yellow cardigan.

She then panned her camera to reveal the rest of the room she was in, which was seemingly bare except for a somewhat small flat screen TV, which was propped on a display stand against a white wall.

While many loved the sweet video, others were genuinely perplexed.

‘Why is Drew Barrymore’s TV so small and bad. What’s going on. I’m unsettled,’ Bec Shaw posted on X.

‘This is the type of TV your grandma has and she refuses to upgrade,’ user Jaz wrote.

‘She’s had the same TV since E.T.,’ Ian added.

Meanwhile Monia shared: ‘Next time someone makes fun of my small TV I’ll just say it’s the Drew Barrymore aesthetic.’

However, many claimed it wasn’t her house at all.

‘It’s an apartment in New York while she works on her show. Not all rich people are frivolous with their money just cause they have it,’ user Colton explained.

‘Why would she show the internet her REAL SETUP???’ Ras wrote.

Others had differing theories.

‘I have a feeling this might be some second story extra bedroom that she just threw an old sofa and old tv in, it doesn’t have the dimensions of a living room at all,’ someone else shared.

Another joked: ‘It’s a poorsy room, where she goes to be relatable!’

When sharing her post, Drew captioned it: ‘I love you so much Adam Sandler. The Wedding Singer came on my TV as I was getting ready to leave the house and I had to take in this moment and watch it.’

Fans wild reactions over Drew’s interior design comes after Julia Fox sent people wild with her ‘very underwhelming’ apartment in New York at the start of last year.

The Uncut Gems star posted a tour of her one-bedroom Manhattan apartment to TikTok, telling her followers that she didn’t like ‘excessive displays of wealth’, going on to show her ‘very tiny’ bathroom, as well as showboxes she stored in her kitchen.

She was quickly praised by many for her ‘relatable’ and ‘normal’ home.
