I’m a size 18 – I thought my Zara two-piece would look cute but no, my stomach was bulging & my butt hanging out too

A PLUS-SIZE fashionista has vented her disappointment after trying on clothes at her local Zara store.

She was visibly unimpressed with her shopping haul after picking out co-ords, dresses, and T-shirts.

Kim Feliz (@kimmfeliz) has garnered over 30,000 followers on TikTok, where she encourages women to embrace their bodies.

She took to the social media platform standing in the changing room at clothing retailer Zara after picking out items in a size large.

“If I wasn’t strong this trip to Zara would’ve broken me,” she said.

BLACK & WHITE CO-ORD

The style enthusiast started the try-on session with textured jacquard pants for $19 and the matching vest, which is currently sold out online.

“I thought that this two-piece set was gonna look so cute on me,” Kim said.

“No, my stomach was bulging and my a** was hanging out at the back.”

She turned around to show her underwear was exposed because the pants were so small.

The material of the vest also gathered around her waist as it clung to her curvy frame.

ORANGE DRESS

Kim changed into Zara’s draped neck midi dress with spaghetti straps.

The $18 orange dress is sold in sizes ranging from small to large.

“I put on this paper-thin dress,” she raged.

“I thought it was going to be cute but you saw every crease and crater in my body along with my nipples.

“Everyone saw as they were walking out of the dressing room because they don’t even have good curtains in there.”

ONE SLEEVE DRESS

Kim was equally disappointed as she put on a tie-dye dress reduced from $39 to just $18.

The midi dress has an asymmetric neckline and ruched fabric.

“I tried on this dress and it took me 30 minutes to get into it,” she said.

“Another 30 minutes to get out of it so I was sweating.”

Kim claimed it took her an hour to get in and out of the one-sleeve dressTikTok/kimmfeliz

The fashionista then found faults with her final two outfits due to their ill-fit.

“This was the ultimate disappointment top because I thought I was gonna fit in it and it was gonna be so cute,” she said wearing a white T-shirt.

“And then even worse, this one made me look like a damn box,” she said as she donned a cropped shirt.

“Realistic Zara plus-size shopping [crying while smiling emoji],” she captioned the post.

The fashion failure racked up over 28,000 likes after going viral and many viewers took to the comment section to share their thoughts.

“Omg you saying ‘if I wasn’t strong this trip would’ve broke me’ is SO Zara relatable lol every damn time,” one person wrote.

“I’m a size 12 and can’t fit into most items,” another commented.

“Girlfriend, Zara is not made for plus girlies, unfortunately,” a third added.
