Calvin Harris has just celebrated a milestone birthday and marked the occasion with a bit of a thirst trap.
The DJ is officially 40, and how do musical superstars celebrate four decades on the planet? They post a topless selfie apparently!
Taking to Instagram, Calvin smouldered at the camera and gave a slight smile.
He looks undoubetly great, but kind of different. We wouldn’t expect anything less from Calvin, who seems to switch up his appearance each decade.
Firstly, the international gigs in sunnier climes and Ibiza residency are paying off and Calvin has a lovely tan. One that we can only replicate from a bottle in January.
He’s been sporting a beard for a good few years now, but it seems to have got more luscious lately. Nobody could call it stubble, and be taken seriously. While the hair on his head is giving rom-com leading man.

Alongside the snap, he wrote: ‘Cheers everyone!’ and tagged the location as 40’s. Although, nobody could respond with their well wishes, or to comment on his changing appearance as he decided to switch off the function.
His 11.3 million followers could hit the like button though, and over 110,000 did exactly that.
Calvin first found fame in 2007 when he was just a teenager, and he was sporting an entirely different look. When he released Acceptable in the 80s, he had longerdark hair and embraced paler skin.
Despite his talent, Calvin admitted that he didn’t like people to look at him growing up.
‘When you are a spotty awkward teenager, you don’t want people to look at you. It’s a self-conscious thing. Everyone looks at you because you are extra gangly,’ he explained to The Sun.

After a year in the industry, he’d chopped off his locks, and gone for a more spiky affair which was very 2008.
As he began to work with world-class artists such as Rihanna and Dizzee Rascal, he also decided to smarten up his look swapping his trademark tracksuits for the classic jeans and a nice top.
Further refining his image, in the early 2010s the Scot seemed to hit the gym hard and showed over a more bulky frame.

In 2012, he even showed off lighter hair and waved goodbye to the brunette dye.
Speaking about embracing his natural hair colour, Calvin said: ‘It’s just part of growing up, coming to terms with myself as a human being and not doing that s*** any more. I prefer my more natural look.’

Dry January is no problem for Calvin as he stopped drinking alcohol around eight years ago.
‘I stopped drinking because it actually was making me ill. It was affecting my brain in the worst way,’ he previously told BBC.
As a result of the lifestyle change, he was able to remember his performances.
‘If you drink, you can’t even remember if it’s a good show or not — and that’s probably for the best, because it would have been rubbish because I’d have been drunk and not making any sense,’ he wrote to a fan on Twitter.

As Calvin hit the thirties, he was noticed by designer brands. He wore their suits on red carpets, and even did an underwear campaign for Emporio Armani.
Keeping his physique in model condition wasn’t easy for him on tour, but he grafted.
‘Staying in a gym routine while on the road is tricky, but as long as you don’t drink, eat well, sleep enough and take one of those mad little ab rollers with u everywhere you’ll be good,’ Calvin wrote on Instagram.
The last year of his thirties has been big for Calvin as he married Vick Hope, after previously dating Rita Ora, Taylor Swift, and Aarika Wolf.
As he enters a new chapter, we want to wish him a very happy birthday!
