Reality star Stephen Bear has arrived back in court for his confiscation hearing days after prison release.

Bear, 34, was last seen walking out of HMP Brixton on January 17, having had his revenge porn sentence for sharing explicit videos of Georgia Harrison ‘cut in half’.

After serving 21 months, he appeared at Chelmsford Crown Court on Friday as public officials proceeded with an application for confiscation, which would force Bear to pay the amount of his benefit from uploading the video.

Last year, the High Court had ordered Bear to pay his ex £207,000 in damages over a breach of privacy, following his uploading of an intimate video to OnlyFans.

When he initially left prison, he was sporting a bedraggled beard and looked a million miles from the suited, clean-shaved person who first attended court.

Bear was given a welcome-back party by his family and after mere hours at home, he had completely changed his look and strutted down the street with his new freedom.

On Thursday morning, the day after his release, his hair was cut and beard shaved, going back to his shorter hair slicked back on his head.

The explicit video, which Bear profited from, was filmed on his garden’s CCTV footage in August 2020 and shared via OnlyFans without Harrison’s permission.

His ordered payment to Harrison, which is now being recouped in court, at over £200k was one of the highest-ever payouts for such a case.

Bear was also ordered to sign the sex offenders’ register and given a restraining order to not contact Harrison for five years.

Ahead of his release, the 29-year-old Love Island star told The Sun: ‘So for me, I don’t really have much fear or any concerns about his release from prison.

‘You know, his life journey now is his life journey, and that’s for him to figure out if he can rehabilitate himself.’
