Shoppers dashing to nab SKIMS scanning for just £3 at mega department store – and people are fuming they paid full price
KIM Kardashian is the undisputed queen of fashion influence; her SKIMS launches sell out in minutes and have done since her first collection of shapewear in 2019.
But with pyjamas priced at £118, dresses at £88 and sculpting bodysuits at £72, it’s not a brand people are chucking in their baskets willy-nilly.

Luckily for us, lots of Kim’s stock hits clearance in British department stores.
That includes Selfridges – which is currently flogging SKIMS bikinis for £3 and T-shirts for £5.
London-based shopper Chantelle Pang discovered the hefty discounts on a recent trip to Oxford Street’s poshest department store.
She unearthed bikini bottoms and tops going for £3, as well as swimming costumes from Kim’s 2023 summer collections.
Originally priced at £38, shoppers are getting an eye-watering £35 discount.
The knocked down swimwear is in hues of pink, blue, orange and Kim’s iconic nudes.
The 43-year-old mega-influencer‘s brand originally started off as a shapewear business selling tummy-control pants and curve-sculpting bodysuits.
Now, she sells everything from underwear, joggers and hoodies, to mini dresses and Swarovski-encrusted skirts.
Chantelle shared the discounts in a TikTok video, but it has left people seething.
“I always get SKIMS at full price,” one shopper fumed. “I’m so mad.
“Is there still stuff available for me to purchase if I run down there tomorrow?”
“No wonder everyone’s been posting in Selfridges.”
However, Chantelle warned that it was mostly sizes XXL and above reduced in the sale.
On the Selfridges website, the cheapest SKIMS item is the “Smoothing mid-rise stretch-woven thong” at £18.
“Our SKIMS collection is brimming with the label’s signature figure-enhancing solutions and innovative underwear,” Selfridges bosses said.
“The brand was launched by Kim Kardashian West in 2019, inspired by the desire to create size-inclusive shapewear people could rely on.
“It was the founder’s discovery of a distinct lack of coverage, colour and support options within the industry that encouraged her made-to-fit goals.
“You’ll find a covetable range of expertly crafted SKIMS clothing and loungewear in our lineup.
“Get ready for lazy Sundays at home with SKIMS loungewear or head out for the evening accompanied by one of its body-moulding shorts.
“Casual styles include cotton-blend jogging bottoms, long-sleeve jersey tops and fleecy co-ord sets that you can move easily in.
“Want something you can wear outdoors? SKIMS also focuses its attention on outdoor basics like soft tanks, leggings and matching hoodies to add extra warmth.”
Other places you can buy SKIMS in the UK are Harrods and Net-a-Porter.
