I bought a cute Meshki dress but got stuck putting it on – it was choking me, I’ve never taken longer to get dressed

A FASHIONISTA has confessed she almost choked herself while trying to figure out how to get on a mini dress.

She refused to reveal how long it took her to get on the stylish dress bought from clothing retailer Meshki.

Natasha shared the difficulty she experienced while trying to get on a mini dress in a video uploaded to TikTokTikTok/natashamarcello_

Natasha (@natashamarcello_) explained to her TikTok followers that she was trying to find a dress for a work event when she had an unexpected fashion failure.

She bought Meshki’s Diana dress in ice grey, which cost $88 and is sold in sizes ranging from XXS to 3XL.

She sighed heavily as she attempted to get the dress on and was confused about where the straps should go.

“Oh I’m really stuck, I don’t know how to put this on,” she said.

“I’ve got so much makeup all over it now.

“OK, how does this…,” she said realizing that both straps were incorrectly on one side of her neck.

“I don’t understand, it’s not my thing.”

Natasha was visibly tired as she took a break from trying to get the dress on correctly.

She sat on the floor of her bedroom with her hands on her head as she vented her frustration.

“This doesn’t work, what am I doing?” she said while trying again to get the dress on.

“Oh my God, I’m actually choking myself.

“I’m choking myself,” she repeated. “Oh, give me a moment.”

The fashionista looked teary just as she finally got the dress on correctly and held her head down in relief.

“I attempted this for longer than I will EVER care to admit,” she captioned the post.

Viewers took to the comment section in hysterics, with one warning her “Don’t get stuck” as they envisioned the tedious process of getting the dress back off.

“Hahaha best video I’ve seen today [laughing],” one person wrote.

“Hahaha OMG you choked yourself,” another commented. “It was not worth it [sweating],” Natasha replied.

She revealed in a follow-up video that the dress was to wear to a work party which had a theme of dressing “like you own a trillion dollar business.”

“It’s very different to what I normally go for but has pockets,” she said posing in the fiddly dress.

“Close up it’s cute, currently on sale on Meshki.

“Maybe I know why now,” she whispered.
