I bought an entire storage unit of 90s fashion on Facebook Marketplace – it’s platform boot heaven and that’s not all

A SHOPPER stumbled upon a nostalgic wardrobe for sale on Facebook Marketplace.

She couldn’t help but make the purchase, and revealed the items she is most excited to receive in the mail.

A second-hand shopper who, in her TikTok bio, claims that “other people’s trash is [her] treasure” just stumbled upon one of her favorite finds.

Jackie (@thriftlikeagirl) revealed her purchase in a clip.

“I might have accidentally bought a woman’s entire storage unit of her clothes, shoes, belts, coats, and leather jackets from the ‘90s,” she began, excited about the capsule closet.

She shared photos while expressing her gratitutde.

“I’m living a dream right now.”

In one image, there were dozens of boots – leather, suede, short, tall, heeled, and flat – of multiple colors.

“This is literally platform heaven.”

She pointed out a brown, knee-high, heeled boot that featured embroidered flowers along the side.

“Those are vintage Sketchers. Are you seeing what I’m seeing?

“I have been messaging this woman all week, figuring out the things I’m going to buy.”

The reason the owner was embarking on a purge was because she was moving away and no longer had access to the storage unit.

So, it was being passed on to enthusiastic hands.

“I think this is a sign that I should pursue playing dress up as my career the rest of my life.”

There were several lace-up boots, one of which was ‘90s Steve Madden, and another that Jackie said she wouldn’t take off.

“Yeah, these puppies will be on my feet every day. So cute.”

She said it’s going to keep getting better, as the owner continuously sends Jackie photos of other items she finds, waiting for Jackie to say yes or no.

“It works out great. I’m spending a lot of money, but this is my dream collection and I’m so excited.”

In the caption, she called that money spent an “investment,” and noted in the comments that she has bought 47 pairs of boots so far.

Although she spent a lot of money on the thrift buys, she said it was worth ittiktok/thriftlikeagirl
