Shoppers rush to get Primark nightwear sets that are £65 cheaper than SKIMS versions and are ‘so comfy’

EVER since the pandemic forced us to overhaul our pyjama and loungewear collections, high-street stores have stepped up their game.

From satin sleeves and feather hems to cami tops and seamless sets, there’s a style for every mood.

Fast fashion giant Primark has been leading the way in affordable pyjama sets that look stylish, are comfy and don’t break the bank.

That includes its latest satin shorts and ribbed cami set, which are set to rival the SKIMS Hotel Shine Cami Sleep Set.

The version by Kim Kardashian’s shapewear brand will set you back £74, while Primark’s set is a cool £9 – that’s a cool £65 difference.

The bargain set is available in sizes XXS to XL, while the SKIMS version goes up to a 4XL.

Primark’s Satin Pyjama Shorts come in hues of black, beige, ‘Fig’ and ‘Oyster’ at £4.50 a pair.

“Get ready to lounge in style with the silky-smooth pyjama shorts that will make bedtime feel like a luxurious getaway,” a blurb on them reads.

“Coming in neutral colourways, the elastic waistband ensures a perfect fit, allowing you to move freely and comfortably while the soft and lightweight material glides against your skin like a dream.

“Pair with the coordinating satin top and say goodbye to uncomfortable nights and hello to ultimate relaxation.

“What are you waiting for?”

The £4.50 Ribbed Cropped Cami Lounge Pyjama Top comes in the same four colourways.

“Whether you’re settling in to catch some Z’s or you’re lounging on your work-from-home or off duty days, this cropped cami is about to be your versatile favourite pyjama piece,” Primark bosses said.

“Made with a soft stretch ribbed fabric for complete comfort and a perfect fit, made all the better by adjustable straps.

“This cami top offers light support while looking stylish thanks to the round neckline and cropped cut.”

Primark’s social media team took to Instagram to share the set – and it received rave reviews from shoppers.

“My absolute faves, they’re so comfy,” Rita Romano said.

“I want all of them,” Amy Skye added.
