Trisha Goddard’s cancer has returned, she has confirmed.

The TV presenter, 66, shared the news in a new interview, vowing to remain optimistic and to ‘keep enjoying what I have always enjoyed’.

Trisha was first diagnosed with breast cancer in 2008 and has been in recovery since.

She now has secondary breast cancer – also known as metastatic or stage 4 breast cancer.

The disease is uncurable, but there is treatment available.
