Jennifer Aniston sparks engagement rumours thanks to one big clue-Rachael O'Connor-Entertainment – Metro

Jennifer Aniston has been spotted with a truly enormous ring on her finger.

The Friends actress, 55, attended the Sag Awards on Sunday night, nominated for her role on The Morning Show, which she lost to The Crown star Elizabeth Debicki.

Jennifer was seen spending time with co-star Reese Witherspoon at the glitzy ceremony – which also saw the cast of The Devil Wears Prada reunite on stage, and Pedro Pascal make a stunning drunk speech.

She looked incredible in a glittery strappy dress and silver open-toed heels – but it was the rock on her finger that caught people’s attention the most.

Posing for cameras on the red carpet, fans quickly picked up on the fact she was wearing what appeared to be an enormous diamond ring on her ring finger – the one usually reserved for an engagement ring.

It didn’t go unnoticed by fans, with users taking to X to take note; user Wendy Greeley wrote ‘Diamond ring on Jennifer Aniston’s “ring finger”?’

‘I noticed that too!,’ User @ladytin2x said.

On Facebook, user Steve Akunor teased ‘Jen come on, give us the juicy bit who is he?’

But Tricia Didier Norene invoked Miley Cyrus’ smash-hit Flowers as she wrote ‘She can buy herself diamonds…’ and Sal Yexley agreed ‘girls can wear bling without a man.’

Jennifer has not been reported to be dating anyone for the past five years, and has been married twice before: first to Brad Pitt in 2000, and then to Justin Theroux in 2015.

She told Allure in a 2022 interview that she would ‘never say never’ to getting married again, but admitted ‘I don’t have any interest.’

‘It would be wonderful to come home and fall into somebody’s arms and say “that was a tough day”‘, she went on, but clarified she wanted to work on herself before getting into a serious relationship.

After her split from Bullet Train star Brad in 2005, a narrative emerged that she had chosen her career over her marriage and having children, which she slammed as ‘absolute lies’.

‘God forbid a woman is successful and doesn’t have a child. And the reason my husband left me, why we broke up and ended our marriage, was because I wouldn’t give him a kid. It was absolute lies. I don’t have anything to hide at this point,’ she added.

In the same interview, she spoke out for the first time about her IVF journey after facing years of pregnancy speculation.

‘I was trying to get pregnant. It was a challenging road for me, the baby-making road,’ she told Allure.

‘All the years and years and years of speculation… It was really hard. I was going through IVF, drinking Chinese teas, you name it. I was throwing everything at it.’

She said, however, that ‘that ship has sailed’ and she has ‘zero regrets’ over how her life has turned out.
