‘What IS that?’ Fashion fans left bemused by Zara top with FOUR armholes…so can you figure it out?

FASHIONISTAS have been left totally baffled by a new Zara top which appears to have FOUR armholes.

In the recent years, the high street fast fashion giant Zara has left its fans bemused on a number of occasions – whether it’s a model that looks like she’s ”squatting for a wee” or a Y2K-inspired garment they insisted has to be ”a prank”.

Now, the popular Spanish brand has left fashionistas in stitches after they spotted a brand new item that looked rather unusual.

Taking to TikTok, one amused shopper, only known as Hollia, shared how she was totally baffled by a piece of clothing in the store, which appeared to have not two, but FOUR armholes.

Taking footage of the £29.99 garment, Hollia appeared to be lost for words, as she zoomed into the light grey sweatshirt.

As demonstrated in the now-viral clip, the KNOTTED PLUSH SWEATSHIRT had a sleeveless design on top – whilst the bottom half features two extra arms.

”What is that? It’s got armholes there,” the style lover said whilst filming the top half of the sweatshirt.

”And arms down here?”

”What is that? If anybody’s tried this on, please tag me in the results – cause I can’t fathom it.”

So, has there been a major disaster in the factory? Or is this truly the real design of the garment?

Well, according to Zara’s website, this is, in fact, how the sweatshirt should look.

In the advertisement photo online, where the item can be bagged in sizes Small to Large, the two bottom ‘arms’ aren’t really used to keep you warm.

Instead, they serve a more fashionable purpose and are to be tied around the waist for a casual look.

The stylish piece, which can also be ordered via their website, is the perfect pick if you’re heading to the gym – or perhaps for a long walk outdoors.

Since being posted on the platform, the video has racked up more than a whopping million views in just one day, as hundreds flocked to comments totally gobsmacked.

Dozens shared their guesses on how they thought the item should be sported, with one thinking: ”I’m sure you have to fold it in and put the arms through the holes.”

”I see [saw] this in there today and just couldn’t work it out,” another chimed in.

”My guess is you tie the sleeve at the bottom and not use them as actual sleeves. It’s a no from me,” a fashionista said.

”I think its a couple’s jumper, so like the guy is wearing it and the other person puts there arms in the sleeves and hugs them,” someone else reckoned.

A fashionista advised: ”Could always pull the sleeves through the arm holes make it a short jumper?”
