Congratulations are in order for Lorraine Kelly’s daughter, who is pregnant with her first child!

Rosie Smith, 29, is the only daughter of the ITV daytime star, 64, and her husband Steve Smith.

Announcing her pregnancy, Rosie took to social media on Friday (March 5) with a picture of her blossoming bump.

Her Instagram caption read: ‘We could not be more excited – you’re already so loved little one 💕’.

In the mirror selfie, Rosie – a podcaster and writer – cradled her belly as she showcased her changing figure in an all-black ensemble.

In a second photo, she shared her 12-week scan, in which her little one was ‘the size of a fig’.

Expressing her excitement, TV icon Lorraine shared Rosie’s snap and wrote: ‘THE most exciting thing to have ever happened in our family! Cannot wait to be a granny and so proud of Rosie and her Steve. It’s the best news EVER!’

The mother and daughter were quickly inundated with sweet congratulatory messages.

Rosie Nixon commented: ‘The best news!!! So happy for you all – congrats @rosiekellysmith! ❤🙌😍’

‘Beautiful news! Congrats to you all’, added Melissa Hemsley.

Lorraine regular Dr Amir Khan said: ‘OMG!!!! What beautiful news! Congratulations xx’
