Fans are convinced that Heather Graham has been ‘suspended in time’ after she shared a glimpse into her holiday on Instagram.

The Austin Powers actress blessed us all with a batch of photos from her latest trip to Nayarit, in Mexico, making everyone insanely jealous with her beach days.

The 54-year-old, who recently appeared in Netflix’s Best Christmas Ever, also donned a selection of bikinis and giant sunglasses while posing in a luxury infinity pool.

Well, it’s alright for some.

Alongside the upload, Heather penned: ‘Celebrating spring south of the border!’

Fans clearly couldn’t get enough of the sunny selection of snaps and quickly flooded the comments section with praise.

Heather has been living the dream over the last few weeks, and previously shared another post from the beach in Mexico, raving about a yoga retreat in the area.

‘So grateful I got to go on a yoga retreat and meditate looking at the ocean with @soukofrima_ and @mjmasala @souk.studio,’ she added on Instagram last month.

It was definitely a much-needed getaway for the Boogie Nights icon, as she has been hard at work on various projects in the last few years.

She recently celebrated the premiere of comedy-drama Chosen Family – which she starred in, wrote and directed – at the Santa Barbara International Film Festival in February.

The flick, also starring Julia Stiles and Thomas Lennon, sees Heather playing a yoga teacher who is forced to juggle her quest for peace with her wild family and lackluster love life.

The official synopsis reads: ‘Yoga teacher Ann is trying to find inner peace despite having a manic family, a miserable dating life, and an inability to say no that keeps her busy trying to fix everyone else’s problems.’
