And along with the drama, we can’t get enough of the amazing fashion!

Many of the pieces used on set are either vintage or have a designer price tag way beyond our means, but our Fashion team has scoured the high street to unearth some gorgeous similar alternatives.

Find out how you can get the look without spending a fortune.

Last week, Netflix launched Ripley, a new adaptation of Patricia Highsmith novel, The Talented Mr. Ripley, and although, unlike the 1999 film, the whole thing is in black and white, Dakota Fanning’s Marge Sherwood still serves as an enduring style icon.

Her character knows how to do timeless perfection like no other – think elegance, classic and effortlessly chic fits that look just as good in the British summer as they do in Italy’s Amalfi Coast, where part of the series was filmed.

The quiet luxury trend took the world by storm last season, and it seemingly made a lasting impression.

Shoppers have been demanding better-quality pieces and the high-street has delivered designer-inspired premium staples that’ll work with your existing wardrobe.

Simple, effective and expensive-looking is what you’re aiming for – and you can reate chic layers with a neutral palette.

Inspired by Marge Sherwood’s style? This blue-and-white striped shirt is a wardrobe staple – versatile enough to be worn layered beneath a cable knit jumper during spring, or casually unbuttoned over a white bikini by the poolside in Italy.

Are you jetting off somewhere hot this summer and looking for some style inspiration for your insta-worthy wardrobe?

Then it’s probably time that you watched an episode or two (or the whole series in one go, like we did!) of Palm Royale.

Set in the 1960s, the Apple TV+ show follows the journey of Maxine Simmons as she tries to rebuild her identity in Palm Beach, Florida, following a divorce from her husband and disappearance of her social circle.

The former pageant queen is determined to make it into Palm Beach society – and her outfits alone would give her a first-class ticket to success if it were down to us!

We’re talking Emilio Pucci candy-coloured kaftans and perfectly matched pastel tweed twin sets.

If you’re after a headscarf to complete your look, Zara and Mango have plenty of retro-inspired designs at under £15 – we love.

Kaya Scodelario as Susie Glass in The Gentlemen

We’re totally hooked on the Guy Ritchie mini series that hit Netflix last month. Kaya Scodelario plays the ultimate girl-boss character of Susie Glass.

In addition to her sharp wit, no-nonsense demeanour, and clever comebacks, she also sports some very impressive outfits – which always make a statement.

Whether she is paying a subtle homage to the traditional attire of the countryside elite, or dressed in a power three-piece suit, carefully planned for a fierce encounter, every piece in Susie’s wardrobe is on our wish list.

And achieveing a similar style fom the high street without breaking the bank is so do-able.

Investing in a quality item like this Mango coat is worthwhile, as it’s a statement piece that’ll last for years.

And, accessorising with jewellery doesn’t mean you need to spend a fortune – Orelia is one of my favourite brands for gorgeous statement costume jewellery.
