These pictures will make you do a double take because we can’t believe the transformation of Love Island star Anna Vakili.

The reality star appeared on the ITV dating show in 2015 and repeatedly wowed viewers with her stunning looks.

At the time, Anna sported long, brunette locks, a tanned complexion, full lips, and was never not in full glam.

Fast forward to 2024, however, and she looks worlds away from her Love Island self.

Anna, now aged 33, regularly shares high-fashion pics with her 1.2million Instagram followers.

In her recent shots, the influencer now has blonde tresses, which she often styles in bouncy curls.

It appears Anna has had her lighter locks for some time, but she did temporarily return to her roots (pun wholly intended) in May 2021.

Wearing a wig, she posed for a selfie with the jokey caption: ‘This wig got me looking like Anna from Love Island 🤣’

As for her style, the social media star loves to keep up with the trends, whether it’s figure-hugging dresses with racy cut-outs showcasing her curves, or a funky swimwear set.

Anna’s content covers fashion, beauty, and travel, as she loves jetting to sunnier climates and soaking up the sun with her gal pals.

Career-wise post-Love Island, Anna – who was previously dubbed the British version of Kim Kardashian – puts her master’s degree to good use working as a pharmacist.

In fact, she previously admitted that influencing was taking a toll on her mental health.

Anna has a successful podcast – Sisters In The City – with sister Mandi, but she recently decided to return to work as a pharmacist part-time.

‘It played on my mind that I’d studied so hard to be a pharmacist and I wasn’t using it, and forgetting everything I’d learned,’ Anna said.

After just a couple of months, she already felt brighter.

‘I feel so much better mentally, I’m enjoying keeping my brain ticking and being back in the job.’

Having studied for five years to qualify to be a pharmacist, Anna felt overwhelmed when opportunity after opportunity came her way once she had left the villa.

She’s now enjoying being back in a 9-5 schedule some of the time, while running her podcast and doing social media work on the side.

‘Being an influencer, you don’t really have a routine unless you are really disciplined, and I’m not,’ she told Closer.

‘I can be a bit lazy, sometimes I wouldn’t go to bed until 5am and then get up at 2pm and try to squeeze all my content-making into one day.

‘I didn’t like not having a routine and it affected my mental health massively, I felt like I didn’t have enough of a purpose.’
