Warwick Davis’ children have responded to concern over a social media post he wrote after his wife Samantha Davis’ death.
On X several days after it was announced Samantha had died aged 53, the Harry Potter actor, 54, said alongside a broken heart emoji: ‘I’m done here. Signing off.’
After the comment worried the Star Wars actor’s 661.9K followers, his children Annabelle and Harrison assured them he meant he was taking time away from social media.
‘Thank you everyone for looking out for our Dad, he is taking some time away from social media,’ they wrote on their father’s official account.
‘He apologises if his last message caused anyone concern. We appreciate all of your love and support, Annabelle and Harrison x.’
Warwick’s last post on Instagram was published in October and is the last public photo of himself with Samantha before her death.
