Hairy Bikers star Dave Myers’ wife Liliana Orzac has inherited the BBC star’s company after his death from cancer.
Myers died peacefully aged 66 on February 28 with Liliana, 57, and his co-star Si King, also 57, by his side two years after being diagnosed with the disease.
The broadcaster’s will has not yet been made public but he has left Liliana his firm Sharpletter Limited, according to Companies House.
Liliana was named as the sole person with significant control of the television production company on March 27.
Its latest accounts, filed last year, show that it has £1,407,338 in the bank.
Paying tribute after Myers’ death, Liliana said in a statement: ‘Rest in peace my love… Till we meet again.’
She later thanked fans for their support, sharing a sweet picture of them both on holiday, and another of Myers grinning at the camera.

Liliana wrote: ‘I will never be able to thank you all enough for the massive wave of love, compassion and care that you have shown towards me, Simon and our families in these past days since Dave passed.
‘I want you all to know that I have read every single message and comment that you sent… your stories about Dave, your feelings you shared with me mean a lot and my heart is filled with gratitude and love.
‘It amazes me how many hearts he touched and how many people wanted to express their love for what Dave and Si have created for nearly 20 years.
‘I know the Hairy Bikers have been part of your living rooms for such a long time and I feel your loss as much as you feel mine!’

She described her husband as a ‘larger than life’ character who did everything with ‘passion, enthusiasm and generosity of spirit.’
Liliana continued: ‘His energy was endless when it came to cooking and talking recipes, or biking and talking bikes.
‘An amazing storyteller! And through his stories and TV appearances he was constantly inspiring and encouraging people to cook, travel, to live their life to the fullest.
‘An exceptional husband, wonderful stepdad, loyal friend and in his own words, a creator, never a follower.’

She finished her tribute by stating that she was ‘grieving with a whole nation’ over the death of her ‘wonderful Dave.’
The couple met when The Hairy Bikers were filming a show in Liliana’s home country of Romania in 2005 seven years after Myers lost his fiancée Glen Howarth to stomach cancer.
In 2011, they married in his hometown in Cumbria.
Myers is survived by Liliana and two step-children, Iza and Sergiu.
