The high street store took to TikTok to share a video of the new options, kicking off with a cute halterneck dress.

The minidress comes in yellow and light blue, and costs just £8.

If you prefer more of a vest-style top, there’s a dress like that too – in blue, rust, beige or khaki for £7.

For those who prefer a higher neckline, a ribbed T-shirt dress is on offer in green, black or grey, again priced at £7.

“The crew neckline, figure-hugging silhouette and mini length effortlessly flatter, while the short sleeves provide a touch of simplicity,” Primark write on their website.

“Versatile and chic, this dress is your go-to for a variety of events.”

And if stripes are more your style, there’s a collared minidress in blue and white or black and white stripes – costing £14 each.

The video, taken in the store in Cardiff, concluded with a look at a sleeveless striped midi dress, also £14.

“The chic racerback falls to a flattering bodycon fit and its ribbed fabric is infused with stretch to provide greater comfort,” Primark writes.

“The sleeveless design adds to its breezy appeal, but you can easily layer with a jacket to enjoy year-round wear.”

The comments section on the TikTok video was almost immediately filled with fashion fans admitting they needed to plan a trip to the store ASAP.

“I’m gonna be broke!” one wrote.

“Think we need a Primark trip,” another added, tagging a friend.

While a third sighed: “Primark, where was you when I needed you two weeks ago?

Primark’s history

PRIMARK first opened in 1969 as Pennies in Dublin, hoping to provide affordable fashion in Ireland.
A Primark store officially opened as Primark in 1974 in Derby.
The retailer now has 193 stores across the UK and 441 stores worldwide with a goal of running 530 stores by the end of 2026.

“I’m now back from my holiday!”

Others weren’t quite as sure about the dresses.

“I feel these have potential,” one mused.

As their friend replied: “It’ll go either way – so ugly or so cute!”

“1st one reminds me of your tap costume,” another said, tagging a pal.

As a third sighed: “It’s giving maternity.”
