One shopper took the Facebook group Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK to share their discovery of the pink pyjamas.

They wrote: “Womens Victoria’s Secret dupes nightwear – one with shorts, one with trousers.”

The woman shared a photo of one £12 set which included a strappy top and long trousers.

The Primark pair looked very similar to the £59 Modal Long Pyjamas from Victoria’s Secret.

Meanwhile, the budget retailer also had a dupe for VS’ Modal Short Pyjamas, which set shoppers back £55.

The Primark version – which had a pink gingham print and scalloped trim bottom – cost £10 for the top and £8 for the shorts.

And the fast fashion chain also had satin striped pjs for £20 – much cheaper than the £69 Victoria’s Secret equivalent.

Many people seemed keen to snap up the sleepwear, with one person writing: “Need to go to Primark.”

Another added: “I need Primark.”

Victoria’s Secret currently runs 55 stores in total across the UK.

It’s not the only Primark dupe causing a stir.

If you are looking for the perfect blouse though, the chain has one that has just arrived in stores and it looks identical to designer one – worth over £130.

Featuring three delicate bows, the blouse ties in the front for super girly look that you’ll wear again and again this year.

Even better, the fashion find also has puff sleeves and slight peplum which skims over your hips for a stunning silhouette.

Coming in white, this summer essential can be easily styled with jeans and shoes, or dress up with smart trousers for an evening out.

Fabulous’ Deputy Fashion Editor on why Primark PJs are so popular

ABBY McHale reveals why Primark is renowned for its nightwear section.

Taking over large sections of the stores it has everything from trend led satin styles, to fluffy Disney PJ’s and everything in between.
Plus it means you can head to bed looking and feeling good without having to break the bank.
It’s also a great place to bag yourself a pyjama dupe.
Last year Primark had a great version of the Skims pyjamas and its latest dupe is that from Victoria’s Secret.
The pink striped pyjamas are a great match for that of the American lingerie brand, I even have a pair myself.
They’re lightweight, super comfortable and only a fraction of the price – what’s not to love.

You also won’t have to worry about overheating either, as Primark item is made from lightweight material so you can look stylish as you go about your errands.

If you weren’t already sold, the top also looks nearly identical to Ganni’s Cotton Poplin Peplum Tie Blouse – worth a staggering £135.

Rather than spending a small fortune on the blouse though, you can find the designer dupe for just £12 in store right now.

Primark even acknowledge this in the recent viral video, with the caption cheekily reading: “The cutest blouses & dresses in Primark at the moment…Designer inspired blouses at high street prices!”

Fans also noticed this, with one even writing: “Gannnnni duuupe.”
